We are excited to announce that we have signed a new contract with the University of New South Wales to migrate to Kapish Content Manager Cloud.
The University of New South Wales is a Global Top 20 University (equal 19th in the 2024 QS World University Rankings). This impressive Global ranking is the result of the 2025 Strategy commission in 2015 by Chancellor David Gonski AC. UNSW was founded in 1949 and supports over 60k students and over 7k staff within 47 schools across 4 campus locations (Kensington, Paddington, Sydney CBD and the Australian Defence Force Academy – Canberra). The contract with UNSW supports RAMS (the Records & Archives Management System), which is based on OpenText Content Manager. RAMS supports over 2,000 users and 5TB of documents across all business units – and contains information to a PROTECTED level, that must be available to users securely 24/7 from any device.

UNSW joins CSIRO, University of Newcastle, Victoria University, ACT Education Directorate and Bureau of Meteorology on Content Manager Cloud.
