Key Kapish Customer Presentations at IGF 2014

Day 2: Tuesday 6th May 2014 – 11:45am – 12:25pm

  • Our TRIM upgrade journey:  Presented by Ryan England & Nathaniel Mason from The Barossa Council

The Barossa Council installed TRIM as it’s EDRMS in 2005, but no maintenance or upgrades were ever carried out since. In June 2013, the time came to take the leap from TRIM 5.3 and make the leap to 7.3. This is our story.

Day 3: Wednesday 7th May 2014 – 2:15pm – 3:00pm

  • Managing application “End-of-Life” with HP TRIM: Presented by Damien Hill, Retirement Benefits Fund Board

We all think of TRIM as an EDRMS, but TRIM can be so much more. How many of you have a business application that no longer serves a business purpose?  Ever considered migrating the application data into TRIM and managing the retention?  Why not come along to this presentation to find out how we retired an entire suite of legacy business systems into TRIM, that were costing the organisation a fortune to maintain.  See how we decommissioned these systems by migrating all of their information into TRIM, making the information even more accessible and usable to the organisation while improving compliance.
