Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is announcing version obsolescence of HP Records Manager 8.0x, 8.1x & 8.2x as of the dates set forth below.
Please note that all HP Records Manager 8.0x, 8.1x & 8.2x customers with active support contracts are eligible to update to HPE Content Manager 9.0x. HPE Content Manager is the new name for HP Records Manager.
HPE Content Manager 9.0x and later uses a different product structure (compared to HP Records Manager 8.0x and prior TRIM versions). Customers updating from RM 8.0x or prior TRIM versions to HPE Content Manager 9.0x or later versions will have to get their contract migrated to the new structure SKUs before obtaining the license keys and the media for the new version. Please contact Kapish to update your support contract first.
