eLearning - Hosted and Self Hosted
This Agreement, together with your Purchase Order, constitute your eLearning License Agreement with us, and apply to hosted and self hosted.
Your eLearning License Agreement governs your use of the Licensed Learning Materials, and any Support Services we provide regarding the Licensed Learning Materials.
By issuing a purchase order to us, accessing the eLearning Materials via SCORM file for self hosted or the Kapish CLS for hosted, You agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install the SCORM file or access the Kapish CLS to use the eLearning Materials.
