Kapish "Pre-Approved" by New South Wales Government

We are proud to announce that Kapish was recently added as a pre-approved supplier to the “Software Licences” category of the NSW Government ICT Services Scheme.

NSW Government Agencies can now procure licences for HP TRIM / HP Records Manager (HP RM) and Kapish software under the ICT Services Scheme.

Kapish was previously a pre-approved supplier under other categories, including those relating to the procurement of services for the implementation and maintenance of HP TRIM / HP Records Manager. About the Scheme

The NSW Government ICT Services Scheme (“ICT Services Scheme”) was established by the Department of Finance and Services to simplify the procurement process for agencies and suppliers and to improve opportunities for small-to-medium enterprises to do business with NSW Government.

Under the terms of NSW procurement policies, NSW Government agencies are obliged to obtain ICT goods & services to which those contracts apply. We are pleased to have Kapish added to this newly created category as it will make it easier for NSW Government agencies to meet these procurement obligations.

Kapish is now a pre-approved supplier in the following categories:

SYSTEMS & SOLUTIONS

ERP Services including Electronic Document & Records Management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Case Management Services including delivery “as a service”:

New or amendment of existing ERP solutions, electronic documents and records or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Case Management Solutions. Includes design, development, implementation, data migration, integration training, maintenance, configuration and support. May also include support with business analysis, transformation and process change.

Software Support & Maintenance Services including delivery “as a service”:

Software licensing and support for enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, business intelligence (BI) and enterprise content management (ECM) software, computer-aided design, engineering and manufacturing software, office productivity software, and any software applications not included elsewhere.
