Kapish Training Co-ordinator Yvonne Ladlow has just completed the first End User Training Session in a new HP TRIM Cloud solution for 1,800 usersĀ at the Department of State Development, Business and Innovation (DSDBI), Victoria.
Kapish Senior Consultant Jon-Paul Williams recently migrated the DSDBI HP TRIM Training environment to a new Telstra Cloud solution, with other HP TRIM environments to follow shortly.
āKapish has a vast amount of experience implementing, configuring and maintaining HP TRIM and HP Records Manager solutions, for all kinds of customers and infrastructure solutions including cloud-based solutionsā said Williams. āIām very excited about the final solution which automates many processes that were previously manual, and Iām looking forward to continuing this work with the other DSDBI environments and for more customers in the futureā. āCloud is fast becoming a hot topic for HP TRIM, and itās great to see Kapish delivering on our customersā needs with exceptional resultsā.
āMigrating this environment to the cloud-based solution will save the Victorian taxpayers through significant reduction in infrastructure hosting costs.ā said Peter Van Dalen, Records and TRIM Helpdesk Manager at DSDBI. āThe new cloud environment also provides a more flexible solution for our HP TRIM administration team to better manage and support our ongoing training program, with automated data refresh cycles which can be run in-house by our team on demand in a matter of minutes, not days or weeks.ā
